ATLANTA Siddall said it has been hired to introduce a new town being built by developers in Northern Virginia along the banks of the Rappahannock River.

The plans for the 1,808-acre community include 4,000 homes, 250,000 square feet of retail space, 500,000 square feet of commercial space and land set aside for a town hall, post office, schools, parks, medical facility and churches. The community will include an organic farm and energy efficient homes.

Named Haymount, the town is in Caroline County, Va.,
