NEW YORK–Deutsch has been given its first creative assignment from Old Navy Clothing Co., a win that could mean future advertising projects for the agency on the retailer’s estimated $30 million account.





The agency, which won media planning and buying duties for Old Navy earlier this year, will create a new ad campaign for the back-to-school season, according to Richard Crisman, senior vice president of marketing at the San Francisco-based division of Gap Inc.





Cliff Freeman and Partners, New York, also met with Old Navy recently to discuss possible projects.
