Jeremy Sebiri, 34, has been promoted from associate director of national broadcast buying to vice president and group director of national broadcast buying at Deutsch in New York. Sebiri joined Deutsch in May 2002, and his current duties include working on the Mitsubishi and Expedia.com accounts. He reports to Larry Novenstern, senior vice president and director of national broadcast buying. Prior to Deutsch, Sebiri worked as an associate director at BBDO in New York. From August 1999 to January 2000, he was a national TV supervisor at Universal McCann in New York.
