NEW YORK Insurance provider PacifiCare Health Systems has consolidated its account with Interpublic Group’s Deutsch/LA, sources said.
Seven months ago, the Marina del Rey, Calif., office of the New York-based agency won an assignment to launch a new Medicare prescription drug benefit plan from PacifiCare, sources said.
The Newport Beach, Calif. office of Detroit-based independent Doner was the incumbent and competed in a review for that business.
The latest consolidation of the business at Deutsch was made without a review, sources said.
