An unstinting devotion to community and industry has earned Cathey McClain Finlon this year’s Silver Award for lifetime achievement from the Denver Advertising Federation.
Finlon, 52, chairman and chief executive officer of McClain Finlon Advertising in Denver, was feted at a DAF luncheon last month. More than 300 members of the local ad community turned out for the event.
“She was overdue for this [award],” ad club president Terri Belver said of Finlon, who was chosen for her leadership in the industry and involvement with local charities and civic organizations.
