Denmark Welcomes Amtico

ATLANTA Independent Denmark said it was chosen by Amtico North America for advertising services. The account, awarded following a review, was previously handled in-house.

The client is a manufacturer of high-end flooring for commercial and residential use. Ad spending will be $1-2 million with efforts breaking this month in business-to-business media and interior design publications.

"Denmark brought us some innovative and creative ideas that display the unique styles and durability of our flooring designs," said David Voll, svp at Amtico. "The agency team is not only creative, they understand our needs and target audiences."

Priscilla Jessup, shop CEO, said, "We are developing ads to match the styles, quality and service that Amtico represents." The win is important for Denmark because it helps expand the 17-person agency's area of expertise beyond its consumer and commercial real estate base.

The Atlanta-based shop has handled online and offline efforts for CBL Malls, Komatsu, Matria Healthcare and Sugarloaf Country Club, among others.

The agency added Locos Grill & Pub in March.
