Among the elements Delta Air Lines will tout as part of its rebranding effort will be Delta hospitality, a heritage that needs to be refreshed, the company said. Delta CMO Paul Matsen said the attribute will be promoted in a “fresh and forward-looking way.” Lead agency WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather and sister media-buying shop MindShare, both New York, won the account last week. Delta spent $40 million on ads last year, per TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
