Deardorff Associates, an integrated brand communications company in Wilmington, Del., has hired David Parkin as creative director. Previously, Parkin was an advertising and marketing consultant specializing in brand strategy. He also held senior-level positions at Philadelphia-area agencies, including COO and executive creative director at Winning Strategies Advertising and vp and creative director at Paolin & Sweeney Advertising. Parkin has received numerous awards, including a best of show at the Philadelphia Addy Awards.
