LOS ANGELES Colin Jeffery has been hired as the first executive creative director at independent davidandgoliath, chairman and chief creative officer David Angelo confirmed.

Jeffery was most recently vp, creative director at Havas’ Arnold, Boston. His experience includes stints at Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi’s Singapore office on Toyota and Lexus, and at King James, Cape Town, and at TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris, Johannesburg, both in his native South Africa.

At Arnold, Jeffrey worked on Volkswagen, including the Passat “120 not-so-standard features” campaign, before the agency lost the business to MDC Partners’ Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Miami.
