DALLAS The Dallas County District Attorney’s office is investigating McGill Associates’ payments to a company created by a former executive at Dallas Area Rapid Transit, a DART spokesman said.

McGill Associates in Dallas has served as the DART ad agency for the past four years under a $4.4 million contract that expires at the end of September. The investigation focuses on how a $17,310 payment from the agency made its way to GMC Associates, a company created by DART assistant vice president Micah Causey, according to news reports.
