LOS ANGELES Interpublic Group’s Dailey & Associates, which won the creative portion of 21st Century Insurance’s $25 million account last month [Adweek Online, Nov. 16], is wrapping work on its initial project for the client, the agency said today. The commercial, set to break in early January, revisits one of Hollywood’s classic car chases—and for the first time, reveals its likely aftermath.

Tagged “21st Century Insurance. Good people to call,” the 30-second spot begins with a familiar scene from The French Connection, the gritty, 1971 action film by director William Friedkin.
