The Loomis Agency has hired Leslie Czarnecky as a management supervisor on its Dairy Queen account. Czarnecky joins the Dallas agency from Tracy Locke Partnership, where she worked as an associate media director. While there, she was assigned to the Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC accounts.
