NEW YORK -- Three New York shops have been invited to pitch Cunard Line's $4 million account: Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, Fallon and TBWA\Chiat\Day, sources said. In addition, the Miami-based client will start briefing agencies for what's expected to be a creative pitch.
The agencies declined comment and search consultancy MatchWorks, here, declined to confirm the shops, noting that the list would not be finalized until today.
Separately, Silversea Cruises, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., is close to selecting an agency to handle what sources have described as a print assignment. An undisclosed number of shops pitched the business and now await a decision. Earlier, seven shops were contacted, including Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami, McKinney & Silver in Raleigh, N.C., and DiMassimo Brand Advertising and Ground Zero, both in New York. Select Resources International in Los Angeles is managing that search.
