Carter Ryley Thomas Public Relations and Marketing Counsel has added two staff members. Kurt Culbert has joined the Richmond, Va., shop as an account executive. Previously, he worked in the same position at Keystone Marketing in Clemmons, N.C. Culbert has experience working on accounts such as WD-40 Co., Sierra Entertainment and Jim Beam Brands Co. Andrea Shea Krull has also been named account executive at CRT. Prior to joining the shop, she worked for CPR Worldwide Group in Richmond.
