Creative Wins 48-Hour Film Fest

A WestWayne creative team won the 48-Hour Film Project, an 18-city contest sponsored by San Jose, Calif.-based Cinequest Film Festival, during which people write, shoot and edit short films in just 48 hours. Associate creative director Carlos Ricque and his team won “Best of 2004” honors for their short Moved. Each team draws a genre at random, and Ricque’s team drew Sci-Fi. The short is about a man with ESP who uses it to save the woman he loves.
