BOSTON–Doug Gladstone is leaving his post as svp, executive creative director at Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos’s relationship marketing division in Boston, and will be replaced by Scott Carlton, a creative executive at New York’s Wunderman.

Carlton will spearhead efforts at the Interpublic Group shop for such clients as FleetBoston Financial, Humana, Upromise and others. At Wunderman, Carlton was vp/group creative director, working on Amtrak, Clairol, Sears and the U.S. Army.

Gladstone is leaving to launch Brand/Content, a startup that will specialize in direct and interactive communications.
