ATLANTA — After four years, WestWayne chief creative officer Luke Sullivan will step down today. Scott Sheinberg, who was promoted to executive creative director in June, will replace him.

Sheinberg will be replaced by Stephen Baer on December 16. Baer’s resume includes stints at Ogilvy & Mather, Hal Riney & Partners, Wells/BDDP, and, most recently, FCB in New York where he worked on the AT&T and Tropicana accounts.
