Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods in Little Rock, Ark., has released 11 employees as part of an ongoing agency reorganization.

The staff trimming and realignment into dedicated client teams comes on the heels of a five-month relationship with Agency Management Group, a consulting firm in Pittsburgh. CJRW employs 94.

A CJRW representative said no senior-level staffers were released. The agency said it would seek candidates nationally for four new positions created by the new structure.

The changes follow the appointment of a new senior management team last year, led by president and chief executive officer Frank Cox.

CJRW experienced a 4 percent billings drop to finish 1996 at $52 million.
