Crispin, Porter + Bogusky has promoted two staffers. Eric Lear has advanced from director, quality of life to vice president and chief financial officer. Lear joined the Miami shop in January 2000 after working for 10 years in finance at Burger King. Claudia Contreras, former manager, quality of life has been promoted to director, quality of life. She joined CP+B in 1997 on the account side.
