ATLANTA Crispin Porter + Bogusky has withdrawn from Cellular South’s $8-10 million account review, the client confirmed.

Jana Long, advertising manager for the wireless network, indicated executives at the MDC Partners agency said they would be too busy gearing up for work on the newly won Burger King account to participate in the review. Long said the Miami shop would not be replaced with a fourth finalist.

Executives at CP+B declined comment.

The Jackson, Miss.-based client will hear presentations next week from the three remaining finalists: independents Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago and archer>malmo in Memphis, Tenn.,
