Nova Marketing in Quincy, Mass., has added Phil Courier as an art director after he spent five years in the same role at the TJX Companies in Framingham, Mass. At TJX, Courier directed photography for national advertising and print campaigns for retail clients T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Decelles, Home Goods and A.J. Wright, among others. He previously worked as art director at Hills Department Stores, Burlington Coat Factory and Hammett’s Learning World.
