Lois/EJL’s Chicago office has withdrawn from the review for Allied Domecq’s Midori liqueur account, while another AD roster shop has been added to the contender’s list.
Becky Fayer, brand manager for Midori in Southfield, Mich., last week said Lois dropped out for unspecified reasons, while Doe-Anderson in Louisville, Ky., was invited to pitch. The latter handles AD’s Maker’s Mark bourbon.
The Midori assignment covers creative development and promotions work on the $2.5 million account.
In contention, in addition to Doe-Anderson, are Square One in Dallas; Lois/EJL’s New York office; Flair Communications and Vertical Marketing Network, both Chicago; and Steam Advertising and Design, Ann Arbor, Mich.
