Connecticut’s largest health maintenance organization looked primarily in its own back yard for an agency following a decision to consolidate its account, but wound up choosing Cramer-Krasselt here.
C-K bested several undisclosed shops, most reportedly in New York, for Physicians Health Services’ account. Billings were not revealed, but, based on the size of the Trumbull, Conn.-based HMO, were thought to be in the $5-10 million range.
The business had been split among several agencies, the client said when the review began in January.
