The state of Connecticut is gearing up for a review.
Request for proposals from the Connecticut Learns program are expected to be mailed to shops throughout the Nutmeg State later this month, according to Susan Binkowski, director of the Hartford, Conn.-based program.
“We expect to be sending out proposals later this month, but we don’t have a list of agencies we’ll contact,” said Binkowski. “We’re getting a list together.” Connecticut Learns has not previously partnered with an ad agency, she said.
The review was made possible when the state program, operated by the Connecticut Department of Labor, received a grant of more than $3 million from the U.S.
