ATLANTA — Dark horse Condor Interactive Communications has won the interactive portion the U.S. Army’s National Guard Bureauis advertising account.The Baltimore shop, known primarily for its e-commerce and data management skills, defeated four undisclosed contenders, to win an account estimated to be worth up to $50 million in billings over the next five years.The “traditional advertising” portion of the account, one of six rfps originally sent out by the army, will be decided in January, sources said.Among
