NEW YORK The Advertising Council and the Office of National Drug Control Policy on Wednesday unveiled a TV and radio campaign that focuses on building community partnerships to help combat drug and alcohol abuse among young people.

The campaign, with pro-bono creative work by Interpublic Group’s Avrett, Free & Ginsberg, New York, attempts to illustrate community involvement and how it can affect the decisions kids make concerning drug use. The effort will appear on television and radio at the end of the month.
