CommonHealth USA has added new personnel to Adient in Wayne, N.J., and to Noesis Healthcare Interactions in Parsippany, N.J. Guy Dess has joined Adient as president, succeeding Jim Clifford, now co-chairman of CommonHealth. Previously, Dess was president of Vital Healthcare Communications, a Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare Resources Group Co. in New York. At Noesis, Gene Cavazos and Christian Hoyvald have come aboard as vice presidents and account group supervisors. They will oversee the development, execution and maintenance of client brand strategies for their respective accounts.
