NEW YORK — Real estate company Coldwell Banker has selected six agencies to compete for creative and media duties on its estimated $10-15 million residential account, sources said.

DDB, J. Walter Thompson, Grey, McCann-Erickson, Wieden + Kennedy and The Kaplan Thaler Group, all New York, are scheduled to be briefed by the client tomorrow (Thursday, May 31) at its Parsippany, N.J., offices, sources said.

Consultant Monty Kiernan of the Kiernan Group in Weston, Conn., who is managing the search, declined comment as did a client representative.
