NEW YORK Coca-Cola has moved creative duties on its Coke Classic brand in France to Havas’ BETC Euro RSCG, the client has confirmed.

That portion of the estimated $35 million French account had been handled by Interpublic Group’s McCann-Erickson. McCann’s New York office lost U.S. creative on the brand earlier this year to WPP Group’s Berlin Cameron/Red Cell.

A McCann representative could not be reached for comment, nor could Euro RSCG. Coke provided no additional information on the account switch.
