Coca-Cola is pulling its $25 million Dasani water and estimated $60 million Powerade sports-drink accounts back from Foote, Cone & Belding until the agency resolves its litigation with PepsiCo, a Coke representative confirmed.

The brands will return to their previous shops: Berlin Cameron & Partners in New York (Das ani) and Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, Ore. (Powerade).

A hearing on Pepsi’s request for a preliminary injunction against FCB is set for Dec. 13 and 14 in Cook County Circuit Court in Chicago.
