Lisa Hull, who has spent the last 10 years in state government, has joined Charleston/Orwig in Hartland, Wis., as an account supervisor, working on the agency’s issues management business. During her tenure in government, Hull was communications director, chief of staff and press secretary for former Wisconsin Governor Scott McCallum. She also was an executive assistant for Jim Harsdorf, former secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Prior to those roles, Hull was an assistant news director and reporter at WTDY and WMGN in Madison, Wis.
