Christy McDougall Mitchell takes a straightforward approach in two new TV spots for ERA Real Estate.
The ads, which target the middle-to-upper-income residential market, debut on network television next week, to coincide with the spring home-buying season. The $6 million effort broke on cable channels March 1.
Both 30-second spots emphasize the new tagline, “Always there for you,” and are the first since ERA made CMM its lead agency in December. Ads show couples and families meeting with brokers, showing their home on ERA.com
