With the help of DraftWorldwide, the kids at Chicago's Off the Street Club have released their first holiday CD.

A Season to Believe is on sale for $15 at various agencies across the city, with proceeds going to the club, which helps inner-city youths.

The West Side club has long been the pet charity of the Chicago ad community. Each year an agency sponsors a holiday luncheon and works with the club to create a fundraising product.

Draft executives and officials from the club hit on the idea for a CD.

Draft creatives de-signed the CD cover, which features a child-like drawing of a snowman. The Dick Judson Orchestra provided back-up music, and Sparrow Sound Design donated studio time to club members, who sang traditional holiday carols.

"It's turning out to be a big deal, and the kids loved it," said Helaine Karlin, who produced the CD and coordinated the effort.

The CD will be for sale at the luncheon, and negotiations are in the works with several local retail outlets to make the disc available on store shelves.
