LOS ANGELES Lee Clow, chairman and CCO, TBWA Worldwide, today for the first time spoke in a public forum about starting a Media Arts Festival in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, scheduled for spring 2009.

His remarks came at the end of his keynote address, “The Next Creative Revolution,” on the evolution of advertising at Adweek‘s 33rd annual Creative Conference: Mashup 2007.
