Frankel has promoted group planning director Leslie Clifford to vice president at its Chicago office. Having joined the shop as a group planning director in 2001, Clifford is responsible for discovering consumer insights than can drive the marketing message for clients such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, United Airlines and AT&T Wireless. She also will work on new business initiatives.
