Cliff Freeman and Partners last week let go 12 employees, 30 percent of its staff, sources said. The New York agency, partially owned by MDC Partners, lost creative duties on the estimated $25 million Mohegan Sun casino business earlier this month. Agency president and ecd Arthur Bijur acknowledged there were layoffs but declined to confirm a number.
