DALLAS McKee Wallwork Henderson has changed its name to McKee Wallwork Cleveland, following the appointment of creative director Bart Cleveland to the agency's partnership, the shop said.

Former creative director and partner Carol Henderson has left to pursue other interests, according to the agency.

Prior to joining the Albuquerque, N.M., agency last March, Cleveland was a partner and director of creativity at Sawyer Riley Compton in Atlanta. There he was responsible for overseeing the independent shop's creative efforts, in addition to helping SRC move into the national spotlight with consumer clients such as The Ritz-Carlton, CNN and Coca-Cola.

"We are constantly seeking talented risk takers who want to build something real, something lasting and something they can be proud of," said shop president Steve McKee. "Moving to an agency on this side of the tipping point and in an exotic market takes a special kind of confidence. Bart knows not only that he's good, but that he is good enough to help the agency get to its full potential."

"I hadn't considered working in a lesser known market like Albuquerque," said Cleveland. "However, after experiencing the synergy between Steve McKee, Pat Wallwork and myself, coming here was a very easy decision."

Founded in 1997, MWC clients include Mr. Rooter, Glass Doctor and Cartoon Network, among others.
