The senior copywriter at Clarke Goward in Boston starred as the straight guy on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy's pilot episode, which was filmed two years ago but aired for the first time on Bravo last Tuesday.

Clarke took a few hits for his bachelor ways, as the original Fab Five (only two of whom—Carson Kressley and Ted Allen—were kept on when the show was picked up) declared his apartment "disgusting," with a "nasty bathroom" and "man smell."
