LOS ANGELES City National Bank has issued requests for proposals to handle its estimated $3 million creative and media account, according to Linda Mueller, a company representative.

The Beverly Hills, Calif.-based bank has retained search consultant Select Resources International, Santa Monica, Calif., Mueller said. Thomas R. Miller, executive vice president and director of marketing, will lead the review for CNB.

RFPs went out last week and a final decision is expected in early October. Mueller declined to specify the number of agency participants, but called it “an extensive review.”
