The nonprofit corporation set up to help the City of Boston define, plan and implement a series of events to usher in the millennium is looking for ideas, people and money.
That seems like a tall order until one considers the board of directors called on to lead the initiative, known as Boston 2000. Assembled by Boston Mayor Thomas Menino, the 24-member board is chaired by World Trade Center president John Drew and includes the city’s most powerful business leaders.
