Citron Haligman Bedecarrƒ is expanding in strategic consulting to keep up with its seven-month growth spurt.
The agency has grown its account planning group from two to 10 staffers this year and named partner Kirk Citron to the new post of chief strategic officer, with all planners reporting to him. He had served as president and creative director.
The 10-year-old agency has tripled in size since mid-1999, to about $300 million in billings.
The shop also plans to add a top executive to help absorb Citron’s former creative duties and energize the creative product, sources said.
