NEW YORK Circuit City, which is in the midst of a review for its estimated $150 broadcast creative account, has named Ernest Speranza senior vice president, chief marketing officer, a new position.

Effective April 19, Speranza, 58, will join the Richmond, Va.-based Circuit City from Toys “R” Us, where he was svp, marketing and advertising, the company said.
