Cincinnati Bell is hearing pitches from three agencies about a branding assignment.
The selected agency will promote a new Cincinnati Bell-owned entity formed through the merger of IXC Communications, Austin, Texas, which was acquired in July, and other company subsidiaries, said Tom Osha, vice president of corporate communications.
Osha did not identify which of the firm’s home, business, Internet, long-distance and wireless operations will merge with IXC. Billings were not disclosed.
Osha said local and outlying shops are involved in the fast-track review.
