Earle Palmer Brown has won the estimated $2 million account of the Children’s National Medical Center.

EPB in Bethesda, Md., defeated crosstown rival August Lang & Husak and Porter Novelli in Washington, D.C., in a review. IncumbentEisner Communications, which won the account in 1998, also participated.
