Growth From Current Clients: Basically flat C.
Creativity: Altima probably won’t win any Addys, though it could take an Effie. Few sparkles from the rest of the reel B-.
Management Savvy: Several tries but few new business hits, at least where reviews were involved. Still, Infiniti was a coup B.
Teacher’s Comments: Chiat/Day is clearly pleasing its clients, but is it still leading the pack?
