NEW YORK–Chemistri’s co-chief executive officers Kurt Karlenzig and Chris Miller are leaving the Leo Burnett interactive subsidiary, sources said.

The duo, who joined Chemistri at its formation in Sept. 2000 from its predecessor, Capps Digital, did not return repeated phone calls.

The departures come as Leo Burnett parent Bcom3 considers consolidating its digital assets even further, according to sources. Under one scenario, San Francisco-based Semaphore Partners, created by last year’s merger of Bcom3 i-shops Novo and Giant Step, would be combined with Chicago-based Chemistri, sources said.
