FCB and North Castle Bid for Chee-tos Rival
NEW YORK–Nabisco is holding a creative shootout between roster agencies Foote, Cone & Belding and North Castle Partners over rights to relaunch its Planters cheese snacks next year.
The line, with media and creative duties pegged at $4 million and currently unassigned, will be renamed in January in a bid to take on longtime category leader, Frito-Lay’s Chee-tos brand.
Planters will reposition its Cheez Balls and Curls as “Cheez Mania” and shoot for a more contemporary look.
