The partners of Loeffler Ketchum Mountjoy have re-aligned executive duties at the shop.

The 20-year-old Charlotte, N.C., agency has created a six-person committee that will assume day-to-day management responsibilities. Its members are vice presidents Donna Forbes, director of agency services; Harry Hoover, director of relationship management; Cory Hughes, director of strategic planning; Ed Jones, associate creative director; Patty Reuss, director of media; and Richard McCoy, CPA.

The realignment frees John Ketchum, president and chief executive officer, and Jim Mountjoy, executive vice president and creative director, to assume roles in business planning and branding.

“We’ve seen how much the agency-client relationship is changing,” said Ketchum.
