CGN, Connelly Partners Merge

CGN Marketing & Creative Services and Connelly Partners are combining forces to create a 40-person agency with approximate billings of $50 million.

The shop will be based at Connelly Partners’ offices in the city’s South End neighborhood. The new entity will be called Connelly Partners/CGN. No money changes hands in the deal.

Connelly CEO Steve Connelly and CGN managing director Scott Madden will be the majority owners of the new shop. Titles have not been finalized, but Connelly will serve as chief creative with Madden overseeing account service.
