Colin Hearn, CEO of Cordiant Communications Group’s 141 Worldwide, has resigned. Sources said Hearn, 52, who spent 18 years at London-based 141, is mulling several offers. Separately, the U.K. Takeover Panel is investigating whether Nahed Ojjeh, who during the past month built a 10.7 percent stake in CCG, is acting in concert with other parties, sources said.
